Designer

Salary: β‚Ή45,000 to β‚Ή50,000 per month (consolidated)
Location: CoDE Studio, IIT Hyderabad
Minimum Qualification:
    β€’ B.Des / BFA with at least 2 years of experience.
    β€’ OR M.Des fresher in the domain of Visual / Interaction / Product / Industrial Design.
Preferred Qualifications:
    β€’ Experience in teaching or instructional design.
    β€’ Specialized in visual/graphic design, branding, and documentation.
    β€’ Experience working on Government or CSR-sponsored projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
    β€’ Design & Documentation: Execute general design work related to graphic design, visual design, media creation, and project documentation.
    β€’ Project Support: Handle design tasks related to the specific line of activities of CoDE.
    β€’ Training: Conduct teaching and training sessions for skill development programs.
    β€’ Marketing Material: Create content design for marketing and promotional activities.
    β€’ Curriculum Development: Assist in the design of curricula for design-related courses.
    β€’ Industry Liaison: Establish industry connections for student field visits and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
    β€’ Mentoring: Mentor interns and coordinate workflows for junior team members.

Project Engineer

Salary: β‚Ή45,000 to β‚Ή50,000 per month (consolidated)
Location: CoDE Studio, IIT Hyderabad
Minimum Qualification:
● B.Tech / B.E. (ECE, CS, Mech, IT, Civil) OR B.Des (Product/Industrial) with at least 2 years of
experience.
● OR M.Tech fresher (with B.Tech in any of the above-mentioned streams).
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in teaching.
● Experience working on Government or CSR-sponsored projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Technical Support: Manage and support the technical requirements of CoDE.
● Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment and gadgets (PCs, AR/VR Headsets,
Cameras, Printers, etc.).
● Coding & Web: Utilize basic knowledge of coding and web design (HTML, C++, JAVA, etc.) for
project needs.
● Curriculum Design: Design curricula for design engineering-related courses.
● Industry Liaison: Establish industry connections for field visits and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
● Mentoring: Mentor interns and coordinate technical work with the team.

Project Associate (Finance)

Salary: β‚Ή35,000 to β‚Ή40,000 per month (consolidated)
Location: CoDE Studio, IIT Hyderabad
Minimum Qualification:
● Any Degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern).
● Min 1 year of experience in managing finance and/or administration of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in data handling and operating ERPs or finance portals.
● Experience working on Government or CSR-sponsored projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Finance & Accounts: Handle the finance and accounts of CoDE, including billing, reimbursements,
and inventory management.
● Liaisoning: Coordinate with vendors and government authorities regarding financial compliance.
● Review Meetings: Attend financial review meetings with government agencies/sponsors.
● Reporting: Prepare Balance Sheets and P&L accounts using Excel and Google Sheets.
● Field Operations: Conduct field visits as demanded by the project requirements.

Project Associate (Media)

Salary : β‚Ή45,000- β‚Ή50,000 per month (consolidated)
Location: CoDE Studio, IIT Hyderabad
Minimum Qualification:
● BFA / MFA / B.Des / M.Des in the areas of Photography, Film, Animation & Media Studies or related
studies.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in data handling and operating ERPs or finance portals (as applicable to media asset
management).
● Experience working on Government or CSR-sponsored projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Documentation: Photography and videography documentation of all CoDE activities, workshops,
and events.
● Content Creation: Edit films, create animations, and design media assets for reports and social
media.
● Media Management: Maintain the digital repository of visual data and project archives.
Project Reporting: Support the creation of visual reports for government and CSR sponsors.
● Field Visits: Travel to field sites to document project impact and success stories.
