Eligiblity

Bachelor of Design/Technology /Engineering in any discipline with at least 10 years of experience (minimum 4 years in the industry) OR Master of Technology/Design /Engineering in any discipline or MBA with at least 8 years of experience (minimum 4 years in the industry) OR PhD in Engineering/Design with at least 4 years of experience (minimum 4 years in the industry) Additional skills : Experience in leading teams in activities such as training, business development, and marketing. Experience in managing large-scale training programs and collaborating with government Bodies. Strong understanding of India’s skill development landscape. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Eligiblity

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Design / Architecture with at least 4 years of experience in design-related industries/companies. OR Candidates with a higher degree (e.g., Master’s and PG) in the above areas with at least 2 years of experience in design-related industries/companies. Specializations can include but are not limited to Interaction Design/ Product Design/ UI-UX design/Visual Design/ Game Design/Animation/ Film / VR/AR/VFX. Additional skills : Knowledge of programming and scripting (C++/C#, Unreal/Unity Python, Blender, 3D modeling & rendering tools). Knowledge of Adobe suite, Figma, Cinema4D, and other similar graphic design and animation tools. The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in design and development of interactive systems, usability testing and field deployment of interactive systems.
